Come to ISH at Buenos Aires where we’ll be manning stand number 8 on the second floor. The event is being held from Monday 28th August to Friday 1st September 2017 at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).
At the event, we’ll be presenting two papers. One titled “Performance of dedicated HFCT (high frequency current transformer) at UHF (ultra high frequency) for partial discharge detection”, which will be read by Daniel Götz, and the other titled "A study of oil-paper insulation voltage dependency during frequency response analysis" by D. Robalino, J. Cheng, P. Werelius and R. Alvarez.
Additionally, we’ll be showcasing our UHF partial discharge detector, our multifunction transformer and substation test system, TRAX, and our cable test system, VLF. So visit us at our stand and chat to our team of experts who will be on hand to offer you testing tips and advice. If you would like to arrange a meeting with one of them, please email Roberto Sartori.
The ISH is the International Symposium on High Voltage Engineering and 2017 marks its 20th event. The symposium is a five-day event and provides a forum where scientists and engineers can network, discuss ideas and share expertise on the topic of high voltage engineering.
The event is held every two years in varying locations and this is the first time the event has been held in South America. The venue for the symposium is the Convention Centre of the Catholic University of Argentina.
The program for the symposium includes an array of lectures and talks as well as a welcome reception on the Sunday evening, a trip to the theatre on Tuesday evening and a gala dinner on Thursday evening.
